NUTRITIONAL SPECIFICS Panax ginseng is standardized to 15% ginsenosides. It contains mainly Rg1 ginsenosides which are more arousing and stimulating. It contains low amounts of Rb1 ginsenosides which have more of a CNS-depressant action.
